My flow journey started like most, as a journey towards self love. Through flow arts, I was able to enter a state of full immersion and meditation with movement as my medicine. Being in a state of flow has allowed me to overcome mental hurdles I never knew were possible, solidify my mind, body and soul connection, and generate loving kind
My flow journey started like most, as a journey towards self love. Through flow arts, I was able to enter a state of full immersion and meditation with movement as my medicine. Being in a state of flow has allowed me to overcome mental hurdles I never knew were possible, solidify my mind, body and soul connection, and generate loving kindness and compassion for myself and for others. Fire arts has been a true and unhindered expression of my soul and I am so happy and honored to share it with you and my community.

If you are interested in learning the Art of Flow, I offer private and group lessons. This includes lessons in single hoop, multihoop (doubles to quads), dragonstaff, buugeng, fans, rope dart, whips, fire safety and beginners fire dance on any prop.
